How do I search for a job?
Jobs cannot be searched but applications are matched to the employer job listing based on both jobseeker and employer information
Is NEON involved in the hiring process beyond this point?
No. The role NEON plays, is solely for the shortlisting of your completed application for the purpose of recruitment.

- The NES assists employers with finding the right fit to meet their staffing needs. Potential candidates are pre-screened and assessed for educational, skills and work-related competencies. Employer requests for staff are carefully matched with suitable candidates and shortlisted candidates are referred for interview and assessment.
- The National Employment Online Network (NEON) portal provides employment opportunities to these jobseekers by matching applicants qualifications, skills and work experience to available job openings. To get a job through the NEON portal as a jobseeker, you need to first register yourself on the portal. You can also view and update your profile on the portal after registration.
How do I apply to the FARM PROGRAMME?
Application for the FARM PROGRAMME
- The Commonwealth Caribbean Seasonal Agricultural Workers Programme (CCSAWP), more commonly known as the Farm Programme, involves the temporary recruitment and selection of workers for varying periods, starting at six weeks to eight months throughout the year on Canadian Farms in the Provinces of Ontario and Alberta. Workers are engaged in cultivating and harvesting fruits and vegetable crops, tobacco (blue and black), flowers and ginseng, as well as greenhouse industry - nurseries and hydroponics. Practical and technical knowledge is enhanced from this foreign exposure. Individuals who are interested in joining this program may fill out the farm application form provided on the NEON site.
